Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has been selected as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of four residential societies in Mumbai’s Malad ( West) suburb.
The project spans around 1.65 acres and holds a total development potential of about Rs 800 crore, the company said.
The project is located close to Mahindra Lifespaces’ another ongoing redevelopment venture and will help further consolidate the company’s presence in this micro-market.
“The project aligns with our focus on expanding within established micro-markets and improving project efficiencies,” said Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer - Residential, Mahindra Lifespace Developers.
Mahindra Lifespaces continues to expand its portfolio in Mumbai’s redevelopment space, which has seen growing participation from organised developers amid rising demand for upgraded housing in central and suburban locations.
