Ingredients
8-10 golden kiwi
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup water
2 tbsp kiwi squash
A few ice cream sticks to hold the kulfi
Method
- First of all, put sugar and water in a vessel and stir on a low flame until the sugar dissolves completely in the water.
- After this, turn off the gas and let the syrup to cool.
- Now peel the golden kiwi and put it in the blender and make its puree.
- Filter this puree through a sieve and separate the fine pulp.

- Now mix the puree and syrup and keep it in an ice tray.
- Put 1 ice cream stick in each mold and leave the kulfi to freeze.
- Once the kulfi is frozen, you can enjoy it whenever you want.
