Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup water
1 small capsicum (green chilli)
Salt as required
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 cup curd
1 carrot
1 onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil
Recipe
- Put the semolina in a bowl. Now add curd and water to it.
- Add salt and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well to prepare the batter.
- Now chop all the vegetables finely and add them to the semolina mixture.
- Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Now your batter is ready.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add 1/2 tsp oil to the pan.
- Now pour 2 ladles of batter in the pan. Spread slightly to make circular pancakes.
- Cook till golden brown on both sides. Serve the semolina pancakes with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
