Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The state government made significant transfers of IAS officers on Sunday. Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Rajesh Rajora has been transferred from the Chief Minister's Secretariat. In his place, Neeraj Mandloi has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary in the CM Secretariat.
Mandloi will also continue to hold charge of the Energy Department and Public Service Management Department. Rajora will retain his position as ACS in the Narmada Valley Development and Water Resources Department.
ACS Sanjay Dubey has been posted to the Urban Development and Housing Department. Dubey will also continue to oversee the Department of Science and Technology. Sanjay Shukla has been posted as ACS in the General Administration Department (GAD).

He will continue to hold the portfolios of AYUSH and Fisheries Welfare Department. The Agriculture Department has been taken away from M. Selvendran; he will now be in charge of only the Personnel Department.
Selvendran had been wanting to step down from the Agriculture Department for a long time due to family reasons. Commissioner of Higher Education, Nishant Warwade, has been appointed Secretary, Agriculture Department.
Prabal Sipaha, currently Secretary of Public Service Commission, Indore, will take over as Commissioner of Higher Education. Rakhi Sahay has been posted as Secretary of the Public Service Commission, Indore.
Fourth Change in CM Secretariat
Since coming to power, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has made changes in the CM Secretariat for the fourth time. After taking office, Manish Rastogi was removed and Raghvendra Singh was appointed. Later, Raghvendra Singh was replaced by Rajesh Rajora.
Now, Neeraj Mandloi has been appointed in place of Rajora. During this period, Sanjay Shukla, Bharat Yadav, and Avinash Lavania were also posted in the CM Secretariat, but they were later removed.
