Sheopur (Madhya Pradesh): Heavy rains since Tuesday morning have worsened the situation in Vijaypur and surrounding areas. Continuous downpour from around 4 am has caused rivers and streams to overflow.
Rising water level in Kuwari river is alarming. The water level of Kuwari river in Agra suddenly rose and a bridge connecting Vijaypur and Agra has completely submerged, breaking the connectivity on this route. People are not able to travel even for important work.

Vijaypur SDM Abhishek Mishra said that in view of the rain, the Mandi area which is filled with water has been evacuated and police force, Patwari and Kotwar have been deployed at possible places.
