She revealed to her followers: "Just been for a lovely swim in the sea after my class, and I'm feeling very reflective today and very grateful because life throws things at you. Sometimes we all think Oh, you know, we all get stressed, but actually, really, what we should be thinking is how lucky we are to have the problems that we have, because most of them are small problems.
"I had some sad news yesterday, a friend of mine's husband passed away, having been battling cancer for a few years. Young dad.

"There aren't really words to comfort someone in that situation or to say how awful that must be, but it really made me put things into perspective and think to myself that we have to be grateful for every day, for every moment.
"We have to cherish the time that we have with the people that we love and do the things that we enjoy. So just for you, if you needed to hear that today. Lots of love."
Messages of support flooded in below the post. One fan penned: "Much love and although it doesn't feel right, we get these reminders along the way of just how precious this life is."
Another commented: "I'm so sorry to hear your very sad news Jasmine my thoughts and prayers are with you and your friend sending you lots of love and hugs."
A third remarked: "Everyone knows somebody with cancer, so enjoy if you can, life is sometimes so unfair."
The television personality has faced a challenging few weeks after A Place in the Sun became embroiled in scandal over a sinister parody clip, reports the Express.
The footage, uploaded to YouTube by fan creator Rafi Shor, showed co-presenter Lee Juggurnauth being killed by Jasmine in a warped reimagining of the programme.
The peculiar eight-minute film opened with a computer-generated picture of Lee floating face-down in water before descending into a Sunset Boulevard-esque plot.
In the video description, Rafi penned: "What's real in reality TV? And when you run it through an AI blender, what if anything survives? I took A Place in the Sun and re-cut it as a twisted homage to Sunset Boulevard: Jasmine Harman is the fading diva, Lee Juggurnauth the charming usurper. The coast is clear: for her, and her alone."
Chatting to the Daily Mail, Rafi maintained there was no malicious intention behind the fictional creation.
