Now that F&F is finally stocked on Tesco's online site, we're loving being able to instantly click 'add to cart' on items that would have sold out in stores before we could make a trip to bag them. Case in point, this week's star of the brand's latest clothing drop: the F&F Tonal Leopard Print Fleece Lined Waterproof Raincoat in Black.
Priced at a reasonable £59.50, it’s waterproof with taped seams and zip fastenings, yet lined in cosy fleece so you’re warm as well as dry. The tonal leopard print is subtle enough to avoid looking like a safari suit, yet bold enough to feel on-trend. Even better for this season, the design is sleek rather than bulky, with a full‑length zip, concealed hood and deep zip pockets for keeping essentials like phone, keys and tissues secure when you're dashing across wet streets. The fleece fleece lining gives it surprisingly soft warmth– a cloak of comfort without feeling like a padded duvet.
Functionally, it also ticks a lot of boxes. The waterproof shell repels drizzle and rippling rain splashes, while the taped seams and zip closure keep moisture out even in heavier showers. Yet it looks far more polished than a rain hood thrown over scruffy layers.

You might wonder if you really need a fleece-lined jacketin the summer months, but with the weather we're currently seeing, it's definitely a good time to invest in a lightweight waterproof with a bit of cosy insulation like this one. Plus, even if you're not planning on wearing it until September rolls around, it's a good idea to pick up and stash away the jacket now, since it's not likely to be in stock when you next look.
F&F dropped a whole range of new-season cosy borg and fleece jackets this week, and pretty much all of them have now sold out in all sizes. It's a miracle this one still has sizing stock, especially considering it bears a strong resemblance to a seriously popular Dryrobe.
In other new season shopping news, our senior shopping writer has found the perfect riding boots to take you into autumn. Faith says: "The Charlotte Knee High Boots from Duo Boots(£250) are a must-buy if you find it tricky to find boots that properly fit your calves. Whether they’re wide or narrow, one of Duo Boots’ biggest selling points is that they have a tailor-made fit that makes sure your boots fit you just right.
You select your shoe size, with choices ranging from a UK2 to a UK10. Next, you select your calf width. These range from 30cm right up to 53cm, going up in increments of 3cm so you can nail the fit perfectly."
