Here's another reason 500,000 people stopped paying the BBC licence fee last year

So now it's clear. Not only is the BBC as guilty as hell of institutional bias, but this organisation that also fancies itself as the world's truth teller, as the nation's moral compass, has been caught doctoring the news. In fact, scrap that. It's been caught inventing fake news! Because, according to a bombshell leaked report on BBC bias, journalists at Panorama, who see themselves as a cut above, edited a video of a Trump speech to make it look like he was inciting riots on Capitol Hill when he was doing the polar opposite.

They spliced together different bits of a speech he'd made on January 6, 2021 - some of them of them 45 mins apart - to have him saying he was going to walk to Capitol with protesters and "fight like Hell", when in fact what he'd said was that he'd walk with them, "to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard".

Hell, this is what Big Brother is all about! It's what happens in Putin's Russia, in Kim Jong Un's North Korea - the State tries to brainwash its people to make a lie look like the truth. And that's exactly what these excuses for journalists on Panorama did. And they shouldn't just be fired for this, they should be kicked out of the profession and then sued. Because this was gutter journalism at its worst!

And I'm very much hoping that The Donald will be the one to sue them. Because the offending clip was broadcast just a week before the US presidential elections - one presumes with the intention of damaging Trump and beggaring his chances of being re-elected president. They made it look like he'd broken the law by inciting violence. And of course he hadn't. It's why no federal charges for inciting violence against him stood up.

So, here's hoping the President takes the BBC - and specifically the journos and the editors who did this - to the cleaners. He got £13.5million out of CBS last year when he sued them for "deceptively editing" an interview with Kamala Harris "to tip the scales in favour of the democrats".

These journos need a legal slapping because they're exactly the kind of people who laugh and sneer at Trump when he talks about fake news. They're also the kind of people who have decided he's an evil force not realising that it's THEM who are the evil force because they're the ones doctoring the truth.

This Panorama special called, Trump: A Second Chance, also featured flag-waving men marching on the Capitol in Washington after the president spoke, creating the impression his supporters had taken up his "call to arms". In fact, the footage had been shot before Trump even started speaking that day.

But these idiot journos are so blinded by their hatred of the President that they feel entitled to do whatever it takes to bring him down. This was gutter journalism, pure and simple, by people working for the State broadcaster. Their wages are paid by us, and their programmes are funded by us on the basis that their reporting is squeakily impartial and unbiased. What a joke eh?

But what this latest episode shows - and it isn't the first - is that the BBC is infested to its rotten core with bias. It's poisoned by it to the point where it can no longer be trusted to accurately report the news. A fact which will be confirmed by further revelations in this dossier which talks of its bias over its reporting on Gaza and on trans issues.

This dossier, compiled by a recent member of the BBC's independent standards committee, is excoriating in its condemnation of the Corporation saying Panorama's distortion of the events around Trump was so egregious that viewers would ask, 'Why should the BBC be trusted?'"

It also claimed the BBC's chairman and other senior execs had ignored or dismissed a string of serious complaints raised by its own standards watchdog.

So now we know all this is the Government going to have the balls to take away the BBC's charter which is due for renewal in 2027? It should because it damn well shames us all. Or are we just going to hear more platitudes from executives about how it's going to work to make itself better.

Because it's been promising that for years and it's not getting better - it's getting worse. We cannot have a state broadcaster that fakes news and doctors the truth to suit its own political agenda. Because what else is it lying about?

We can't keep allowing the people at the top - DG Tim Davie and chairman, Dr Samir Shah - to trot out meaningless apologies promising it won't ever happen again because we know it will.

It's why the public's trust has gone. It's why last year nearly 500,000 people stopped paying their TV licence because they can't stomach the BBC's bias and more than two million have stopped since 2020. Because people know the bias is institutional and every time a top executive says they'll deal with it we know they won't. Because it's ingrained into the very fabric of the Corporation. Which is why we should no longer be forced to pay a tax to watch its nonsense.

There have been too many scandals, too many lies, too many cover ups and not enough responsibility or accountability.

Let the BBC do and say exactly what the hell it likes but not with money from the British people. Defund it and let this bloated, bigoted, biased, organisation fend for itself in the TV world. See how it fares then.
